Very Considerate

I’m satisfied – a Venture representative phoned me Tuesday morning and notified me it was time for our quarterly treatment. They were able to come out the next day and service our home. I had a time scheduled for the morning and they actually called me beforehand that morning to let me know the technician would be running late because of a problem with the truck. I had no problem with this and was extremely thankful they took the time to let me know rather than simply showing up later than expected. Very considerate.

We have used them since we bought this house a year ago April. Our house is pretty much backed up to woods, so we were a bit concerned, but Venture has done an excellent job taking care of us. They always come when they say they will, and will come back anytime you need with no extra charge. We are very happy with the service we have received from them, and would highly recommend them to all.

No Complaints

I’ve been using Venture for about a year now. I have no complaints. During the early spring, we were seeing a lot of tiny ants. I wasn’t here when they came out to spray the outside. I called them and they came back out (free of charge) to spray the inside. They are always on time and come out quarterly as promised.

Really Knowledgeable

My family and I were always Terminix customers for years. We had a young gentleman come to our door one day to offer this pest control service that was local. He was really knowledgeable about all of the information and sat down with us to explain what they had to offer. They offered a cheaper price and yet did more work on the house than our previous pest service. We ended up going with them and have never had a single problem with any of their techs. They are always on time and get the job done in a clean and organized way. I highly recommend this service to the metro Atlanta areas.

Resolved My Issue

I was with Terminix and then I had someone come to my door and tell me about Venture Pest Control. They explained how they sweep the eves and remove all cobwebs and also powerspray. I was having a major ant problem and I had to keep calling Terminix to resolve that issue which was never resolved and they would go around carrying a backpack not even spraying the entire perimeter. Venture came out and resolved my issue…thankfully. Now I have their service and they are very professional and their service is great. Everyone in the office helps me when I need it and they are quick at handling any pest problems.

Brian spent a long time tracking the ants that were invading my kitchen to find the entry point and bait them to kill off the nest – something that was not an easy job since I had things pretty clean so it wasn’t a swarm of ants. He was cheerful, knowledgeable, and seemed to pay more attention to detail outside the house too. I had company come so I couldn’t pay a lot of attention to the bee treatment or the exterior, but he reminded me to phone back if this did not handle everything.
