I’m satisfied – a Venture representative phoned me Tuesday morning and notified me it was time for our quarterly treatment. They were able to come out the next day and service our home. I had a time scheduled for the morning and they actually called me beforehand that morning to let me know the technician would be running late because of a problem with the truck. I had no problem with this and was extremely thankful they took the time to let me know rather than simply showing up later than expected. Very considerate.
